Contratto a tempo indeterminato - in aziendaFor an international company operating in the Cosmetic & Beauty sector, we’re looking for a:
Export Manager - Cosmetic
The selected candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for commercial development in the assigned international markets.
Activities:
- Analyze reference markets and identify growth opportunities for strategic corporate clients
- Research, identify, and create new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with strategic clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the client and offer perfect custom solutions that are personalized and winning
- Prepare, implement, and manage the Account Business Plan in accordance with Marketing Strategy and company guidelines
- Ensure an excellent level of customer care
- Act as the link between the client and internal company teams
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to define the budget
- Create reports for the Sales Department on the progress of accounts and objectives
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management/Export Manager roles
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in the makeup sector
- Excellent standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Availability for frequent travel
- Orientation towards customer satisfaction and achieving objectives
- Teamwork predisposition
- Fluent English, good knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
Offer:
- Permanent Contract
- Range Gross Annual Salary 40.000€ - 60.000€
- Monthly and Annual Bonus
- Continuous training
- Business Travel for 70% of the month
- Opportunity for growth at national and international levels
