Contratto a tempo indeterminato - in aziendaGrafton Recruitment – Divisione Diversity, Equity & Inclusion specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili appartenenti alle Categorie Protette – ricerca per importante azienda multinazionale leader del settore farmaceutico, un HR Business Partner appartenente alle Categorie Protette (Art.1 – L.68/99) su Latina.
Key Accountabilities / Decision Areas:
- Human Resource Strategy and Best Practices: Execute the approved HR strategy within the assigned areas, provide inputs and insights to the Leader, translate them into actionable plans to address effective execution across the group, contributing to the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness targets.
- HR Management and Recruiting Process Execution: Ensure effective running of HC budgeting and HR management processes end-to-end, from requests and needs, recruiting, onboarding, people development and growth, to resignation, ensuring business continuity by implementing solutions such as job enlargement, rotation, enrichment, mobility, etc., to enable effective replacement/cover of vacant positions in compliance with legal requirements, procedures, budget constraints, business and organization model according to Company guidelines.
- Training and Development Management: Execute performance management, training, and development programs released by the relevant center of expertise (Academy & Development), providing prompt and accurate feedback and insights to ensure effective and sustainable implementation and roll-out.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Assess, analyze, and monitor HR and organization processes effectiveness, develop evaluation reports and performance metrics, measure the level of services and satisfaction achieved, evaluate risks and issues, address mitigation actions, and review contingency plans approved to meet assigned targets.
- Guideline & Procedures Management: Participate in HR guidelines, policies, procedures, and best practices, effectively cascading and implementing guidelines and procedures across assigned functions, maintaining a high level of service and ensuring application in line with approved requirements.
- Project Management: Lead assigned projects, effectively support the SG4D approach and efficiency targets during different phases, and monitor execution across the relevant area according to the project plan and program.
- Relationship Management: Interact with external stakeholders to promote SG business areas expertise, collect guidance, standards, and trends, and transmit them to relevant functions. Regularly interact and effectively communicate with key internal leaders and teams, as well as relevant stakeholders, to build awareness of business vision and strategy. Build effective and sustainable partnerships, leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influencers, fostering SG competitive advantages.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the role
- Degree in Law
- Belonging to protected categories
