DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Milan / Pescara
Key Responsabilities
· Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B acquisition marketing strategy aligned with the agency's business goals and revenue targets.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
· Present regular reports and insights to the executive board on marketing performance and strategy.
· Lead and mentor a team of three experienced marketing professionals.
· Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate SQLs, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
· Optimize lead generation processes and ensure a smooth handoff of SQLs to the Sales team.
· Monitor and analyze lead generation performance, making adjustments to campaigns as needed.
· Work closely with the Sales team to define target audience profiles and lead qualification criteria, and to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification efforts.
· Collaborate with the Delivery and Customer Success teams to develop customer-centric marketing initiatives.
· Partner with the Finance, Project Management, Human Capital teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and project execution.
· Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and presentations.
· Oversee the agency's social media presence and engage with industry influencers and thought leaders.
· Represent the agency at industry events and conferences.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
· Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising or digital marketing industry, agency side.
· Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
· Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
· Strong understanding of Programmatic direct and/or Affiliate marketing.
· Fluent in English.
