Below is an overview of the skills and requirements:
Role Overview:
● Report to the Field CTO, partnering closely to lead technical sales engagements - joining early-stage conversations, delivering demos, and driving architecture and security decisions.
● Report to the Field CTO, partnering closely to lead technical sales engagements - joining early-stage conversations, delivering demos, and driving architecture and security decisions.
● Contribute hands-on as an engineer, shipping code, building integrations, and setting a high bar for technical quality.
● Build and scale the technical team across engineering, integrations, and pre-sales, managing execution and performance.
● Own customer integrations end-to-end, from scoping through deployment of AI agents, ensuring production-grade accuracy.
● Translate customer feedback into product insights, driving localization efforts and aligning regional needs with the global Product team.
● Act as a senior technical leader for customers and partners, managing critical escalations and ensuring successful delivery across engagements.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience - you’ve built things that actually shipped
● Solid experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
● Customer-facing background in roles like Solutions Architect, Deployed Engineer, or Senior SE — comfortable translating between technical and business audiences.
● Emerging leadership skills — experience managing small teams or workstreams, with the ambition to grow into a larger role.
● Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language
● Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a zero-to-one environment — executing the plan, onboarding the team, and keeping the system running.
● Bonus: experience thriving in a fast-moving startup where speed and ownership matter more than titles
