Grafton Office* is seeking, on behalf of a prestigious client company—a multinational operating in the biomedical sector and specialized in the production of devices for cardio-pulmonary surgery, based in Mirandola (MO)—a:

TEMPORARY MARKETING MANAGER

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the organization of the Marketing Summit (November) and coordinating the Global Sales Meeting (February). In addition to these events, the role includes the implementation of the new corporate branding and messaging.

These three projects require someone with proven experience in project management within a marketing organization, capable of collaborating across all company functions. The candidate will be supported by a strong and experienced marketing team, which will provide all necessary knowledge and content.

This assignment offers the opportunity to stand out as a preferred candidate for future openings within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational lead for an internal marketing event, working closely with the Marketing Coordinator and assigned marketing team members (November)
  • Interface with existing agencies or external vendors, when needed, to ensure deliverables
  • Collaborate with European and North American marketing organizations to create the Global Sales Meeting (February), taking responsibility for organizing a portion of the event, developed by assigned marketing team members
  • Together with the Marketing Communications Manager, define a program for the initial implementation of the new branding and messaging guidelines (December–February)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Product Management, with proven ability to define and lead projects (project management)
  • Preferred experience in the medical technology or pharmaceutical sector; other B2B industries may be considered depending on the nature of the activities
  • Fluent or native-level English
  • Ability to work independently, managing one's own schedule
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments
  • Willingness to travel, mainly to company sites (Munich, Milan, or Mirandola) or other European destinations for events (summits, company kick-offs)

Offer:

  • 6-month fixed-term contract via staffing agency, with potential for permanent placement
  • National Collective Labor Agreement for Rubber and Plastics sector, 14 monthly payments, with a competitive salary package based on experience
  • Full-time Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and the possibility of 2–3 days of remote work per week (depending on team organization)
  • Start date: November 3, 2025
  • Work location: Mirandola (MO) or Milan (MI)
