Grafton is partnering with an international company in the Cosmetic & Beauty sector to help them find an:

International Key Account Manager - Middle East region


The selected candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and play a crucial role in maintaining, developing, and managing assigned accounts

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze target markets to identify and create new business opportunities

- Gather and organize key information about customers, their contexts, and needs, sharing insights within the organization to enhance products, services, and strategies.

- Conduct thorough research to maintain up-to-date customer knowledge, consolidating essential information to foster strong, long-term relationship

- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify new collaboration opportunities, relaying this information to internal teams for development

- Participate in defining, monitoring, and managing relationship plans and customer commercial strategies to ensure loyalty and satisfaction

- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction by monitoring requests and resolving issues in collaboration with relevant departments, while promoting clear and continuous communication

- Negotiate commercial agreements and formulate offers

- Secure projects and orders

- Define and monitor the annual budget for each account, ensuring that commercial and financial objectives are met

- Prepare reports for Commercial Management on account progress and objectives

Requirements

· 1-2 years of experience in Key Account Management (previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus)

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills

· Strong customer management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

· A focus on customer satisfaction and achieving goals

· Willingness to travel frequently: Europe, Middle East

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
