FINANCE MANAGER - HOTELLERIE
Our ideal profile is a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager (with a proven track record within the hospitality industry) with a solid background in accounting and good expertise in financial & tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general and analytical accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze hospitality KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, occupancy, etc.).
- Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise administrative processes and coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and financial stakeholders.
- Monitor procurement flows and operational cost structures.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular business trips to the Forte dei Marmi property.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the hospitality industry (mandatory).
- Fluent English.
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial controlling and industry-specific KPIs.
- Ability to work in dynamic, multi-site environments.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Perugia and Forte dei Marmi.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS/hotel management systems is a plus.
Venue: Perugia, Umbria (business trips to the Forte dei Marmi venue)
