Senior Tax & Finance Specialist
Location: Pisa
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will serve as the main point of reference for managing tax and accounting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic global projects. In detail:
- Full management of tax compliance activities (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.) and preparation of tax returns in accordance with current regulations;
- Coordination of Transfer Pricing activities and intercompany operations, as well as management of international tax projects (e.g., CbCR, Pillar II);
- Monitoring of tax risks and handling of audits and inspections by authorities;
- Support in tax planning and incentives, working closely with local offices and corporate headquarters;
- Supervision of accounting closing processes and financial statements, ensuring compliance with IAS/IFRS/OIC principles;
- Collaboration with external auditors and management of accounting documentation;
- Participation in budget and forecast preparation, along with management of relationships with banking institutions;
- Financial support for projects funded by public grants and for statistical reporting (ISTAT, surveys);
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in tax roles within multinational environments;
- Previous experience in a Big4 firm;
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and international accounting standards;
- Excellent command of English (MANDATORY);
- Familiarity with tax software (e.g., Desktop Telematico, Cassetto Fiscale);
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with excellent communication abilities;
- Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural environments while meeting challenging deadlines;
