Main Responsibilities
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to define long-term sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities for Key Accounts.
- Partner with Key Accounts and Business Units to design and lead service-focused marketing events and summits.
Lead the strategy for complex sales opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to secure project wins.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping through to contract signing and execution.
- Mobilize and coordinate internal resources to improve solution quality and increase overall bid win rate.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the account owner, building and maintaining long-term relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end business domain, including the design, customization, and optimization of competitive service solutions.
- Ensure all service offerings remain superior to competitors and aligned with current market standards.
- Take full responsibility for business results, including order intake, revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- It will be considered a plus to have experience in advanced knowledge of SPV (Smart Photovoltaic) or DCF (Data Center Facilities), with a proven ability to design customized solutions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent ability to influence senior decision-makers and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Sales Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale sales projects as owner or lead, with strong command of sales operations and bidding processes.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
· Location: Rome
· Position equirement: 1 year
contract; Salary range: RAL 27K-35K.
