Contratto a tempo indeterminato - in aziendaOn behalf of our client – a leading Danish producer of fans and impellers – Grafton’s Finance & Accounting team is currently recruiting for a:
JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
to join their team in Milan.
Key responsibilities
• Proven ability to support monthly and annual financial closings;
• Support reporting activities to the parent company;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards;
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data;
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits;
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance function;
• Assist in managing ERP systems and financial tools.
Required qualifications
• Degree in Economics;
• 3-4 years of working experience;
• Professional backgorund in manufacturing companies is a plus (but not mandatory);
• Solid understanding of Italian accounting principles;
• Familiarity with IAS/IFRS standards is a plus (but not mandatory);
• Knowledge of ERP systems - particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• Skilled in using major office and IT tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English.
Personal Qualifications
• Good communicator;
• Drives results and ongoing improvements;
• Excellent at being proactive and accountable;
• Team player with strong collaboration.
GAS range: 35.000€ - 40.000€
Work mode: on-site (with limited remote working options)
